Your host family period will take place in Central Finland (District 107-G). Jyväskylä is the biggest city in Central Finland.  Jyväskylä can easily be reached by train or plane from the capital city Helsinki. By train it takes about 3,5 hours to get to Jyväskylä from Helsinki.
